Junius accident under investigation

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday at 9:00 pm Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a one car personal injury motor vehicle accident on Whiskey Hill Road in the Town of Junius. Sheriff’s Deputies report that the driver, Camden S. Rattray, age 21 of 105 Dunkin Street in Clyde, was operating a 1999 Ford Expedition south on Whiskey Hill Road when he lost control of the vehicle striking a mailbox then a tree before coming to rest. Rattray complained of neck pain and was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester by North Seneca Ambulance and later released. Passengers Tianna M. Davy-Balch, age 18 of 53 Church Street in Waterloo, and Kyle E. Tohafijian, age 20 of 1078 Whiskey Hill Road in Waterloo, complained of minor injuries. Both were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital and released. Junius Fire Department, North Seneca Ambulance and Finger Lakes Ambulance assisted at the scene. The vehicle sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene. Sheriff’s Deputies are continuing the investigation and charges are pending.
