On Monday the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Nicole G. Genoese, age 52 of 9058 Alderman Road in Hammondsport, for issuing a bad check.Genoese issued a check to a local business in the amount of $41.02 without sufficient funds to cover the purchase.Genoese was issued an appearance ticket and released.
