On Friday at 4:40 pm the Town of Seneca Falls arrested Curtis A. Richardson age 53 of 875 SR 88 South in Newark. Richardson was arrested for an active Arrest Warrant that was issued from the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Falsifying Business Records and Petit Larceny. Richardson was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500 cash/$3000 ins bond. Richardson is to reappear in Town Court on May 13 at 9 am.
