The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office says on November 1st around 3 p.m. deputies arrested two juveniles after receiving a report of a stolen vehicle. Investigators with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 38-year-old Waterloo man who possessed approximately 40 baggies of fentanyl, according to a release from the department. David J.
