The Watkins Glen Police Department reports that a 42-year-old Baltimore man was arrested on May 26th after an incident in the Village of Watkins Glen. Officers charged William A. Schoeberlein Jr., 42, of Baltimore, Maryland with second-degree assault, a Class D felony. He was arraigned in Watkins Glen Village Court and remanded tot he Schuyler County Jail without bail. more
