Accused robber takes plea deal in Ontario County

The last of four Geneva men accused in the gunpoint robbery of a Hobart College student accepted a plea deal Monday in Ontario County Court. Isiah Grady, 21, pleaded guilty to felony counts of attempted robbery, attempted burglary and identity theft. Judge William Kocher is scheduled to sentence Grady Oct. 16 to four years in prison. A man has pleaded guilty to selling heroin that caused a fatal overdose in Cayuga County. Andrew Clay, of 120 Corona Ave. Apt. 16 in Groton, was charged June 19 with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
