Auburn man could face life in prison if convicted and sentenced as a persistent felon

An Auburn man who appealed his conviction after accepting a “pretty good” plea deal could now spend the rest of his life in prison. Last year, Michael Bertollini, of 30 Lincoln St. Apt. 3, pleaded guilty to first-degree reckless endangerment and was sentenced to three to six years in prison.
