On May 27, 2014 at 1203 pm Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 17 year old India S. Roberts of 4887 State Route 96A for Sexual Misconduct. It is alleged that Roberts had sex with a 14 year old male on May 26th in the Town of Varick. Roberts was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Varick Town Court on June 25th 2014 at 1900 hrs.
