On November 3rd at approximately 11:21 p.m. deputies charged a Seneca Falls woman with driving while intoxicated and speeding after a traffic stop on State Route 5&20 in Hopewell.
Dawn M. Bennett, 52, of Seneca Falls was stopped after deputies observed her going 67 mph in a 55 mph zone.
She was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and ticketed. She was released.
All charges will be answered at a later date.
