On October 24th at approximately 6:00 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 25-year-old resident after a domestic incident.
Justin Larsen, 25, of Seneca Falls was taken into custody on a warrant for Criminal obstruction of breathing, two counts of Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a domestic incident that occurred on on October 23rd.
Larsen is accused of choking a female victim and striking a young child during a domestic dispute.
No injuries were sustained by either victim.
Larsen was transported to the Seneca County Correction Facility waiting arraignment on the above charges.
