Deputies say a 32-year-old Farmington woman was arrested following an investigation into a stolen credit card in Victor and Farmington.
Marjorie D. Wellington, 32, of Farmington was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property after it was determined that she used a stolen credit card in Victor and Farmington.
Deputies say she was issued an appearance ticket.
However, they also noted that this is not Wellington’s first run-in with authorities. She is currently being held at the Ontario County Jail on similar charges.
The new charges will be answered in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
