A 35-year-old Syracuse man was arrested after trapping a co-worker at the top of a man-lift by disabling it.
On Wednesday at approximately 8 am Jeffrey Pascarella, 35, of Syracuse was charged with unlawful imprisonment after disabling a man-lift that was 20 feet int he air.
He was charged at the Ontario County Jail and released on appearance tickets.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
