Deanna Lewis, 34, of Watkins Glen was arrested on August 23rd and charged with petit larceny.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
Details of the incident were not made clear, but she was committed to the Schuyler County Jail on a parole violation, according to police.
