The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies arrested Richard J. Karre, 28, of Rochester on July 25th around 5 pm.
Deputies say he was charged with first-degree aggravated harassment and third-degree criminal mischief. Both are felonies.
He had originally been charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and trespass following a June 22nd incident in Tyre.
Deputies say that Karre caused further damage after the investigation.
The charges will be answered at a later date in Tyre Town Court.
