“Remember the Goal,” a new movie about a girls cross-country team, will open Friday in 76 cities in the southeastern U.S. — and one in Cayuga County.
The movie was written, produced, directed and edited by Dave Christiano, of Nashville, a No. 1 runner on Waterloo’s sectional championship cross-country team in 1973. He went on to run at St. John Fisher College and coach two teams.
