On Saturday at approximately 5:18 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Crista J. Canter, age 31 of Geneva, for burglary 3rd, a Felony, and petit larceny. Canter is accused of stealing merchandise from WalMart in the amount of $190.91. After further investigation, it was discovered that Canter had previously been issued a trespass warning from the business after being arrested for petit larceny back in 2013.
Canter was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash/ $4,000 bail. She is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 25th at 9:30 am.
