On Wednesday at approximately 2:46 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Severiano M Rivera, age 49 of Arcadia, for harassment in the 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child as the result of a domestic dispute. Rivera was committed to Seneca County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. He is to appear in The Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 6th at 9:00 am.
