The Seneca County Board of Supervisors’ Human Services Committee did not introduce a local law Tuesday to waive a residency requirement for the position of deputy commissioner of human services. The committee was scheduled to introduce the local law and set a public hearing for Dec. 13, but a split among committee members delayed action.
