Jay C. Meehan, 26, of Watkins Glen was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on September 18th and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, speed not reasonable or prudent and following too closely.
Meehan was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and released pending further court action.
