On Thursday morning shortly after 12:10 am, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sarah L. Beck, age 19 of Terrace Lane in Farmington, for endangering the welfare of a child.
According to deputies, Beck was found passed out and highly intoxicated while she was caring for a one-year-old child.
She was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
