Trevor Cooney has signed with the Brooklyn Nets D-League affiliate, according to reporter David Pick.
Cooney, who amassed 1,437 career points at Syracuse and shot .337 from the 3-point line, will play for Ronald Nored, the 25-year-old Long Island Nets coach. Nored is a Butler graduate who played for Brad Stevens and has worked for his mentor for the past two years, first with the Maine Red Claws…
