A Michigan man was charged after an incident at the Expressmart on State Route 332 in Farmington. Deputies say that they received reports of a male acting wildly early-Saturday morning.
Deputies said that after the initial incident, which allegedly involved the 18-year-old male, identified as Alex W. Nielsen, banging his head on his truck and yelling at customers at the Expressmart on Route 332.
Later, deputies found Nielsen in a parking lot just north of State Route 96 on Route 332. After speaking with him and being placed through a standardized field sobriety test Alex Nielsen was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
A glass pipe with marijuana residue was found in his truck. He was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was held on pre-arraignment detention and will answer the charges in Farmington Town Court.
