On Sunday the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested David M. Jensen, age 29 of Seneca Falls, for criminal mischief in the 4th degree and assault in the 3rd degree following a domestic incident that occurred on Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls.
Jensen is accused of breaking a door and causing physical injury to a family member during the domestic incident.
Jensen was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 cash / $400 insured bond. He is scheduled to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on September 1 5:00 pm.
