An Onondaga County man arrested less than 24 hours after he was sentenced to probation will now spend the next year in state prison. Tyler Prescott, of I7 Cedar Circle, Liverpool, was sentenced May 31 to five years probation for selling an ounce of marijuana in Cayuga County in 2015. The 24-year-old pleaded guilty to felony third-degree criminal sale of marijuana and was allowed to avoid prison.
