Early Monday Morning The Ontario County Sheriffs Department responded to an incident at Eastview Mall in Victor. Karl Winter, age 60 of Rochester, was working at the mall painting the exterior of the building when he fell approximately 12 feet to the ground.Winter suffered a laceration to his arm as well as a head injury. He was treated at the scene by the Fishers Fire Department and taken to Strong Memorial Hospital by the Victor Farmington Ambulance.The investigation is under investigation by OSHA.
