Deputies in Ontario County say an 89-year-old Florida man suffered minor injuries during an accident in the Town of Seneca. The accident took place on County Road 4, where a 2014 Hyundai being operated by Windsor M. Vanallan was traveling wetbound and crossed over the center of the roadway — striking a guide rail on the south side of the roadway.Vanallan was transported to Geneva General Hospital to treat minor injuries, as well as a medical condition. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, according to Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies.
