On Tuesday at approximately 11:05 pm the Ontario Sherrif’s Deputies arrested Jaime Vasquez-Diaz, 21 of Clifton Springs, for aggravated DWI after it was reported that his vehicle was driving erratically on State Route 21 in the Town of Hopewell.Deputies located the vehicle and determined that Vasquez-Diaz was intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail where he submitted to a breath test which revealed that he had a BAC higher than .18%.Vasquez-Diaz was also issued citations gor failure to keep right and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He will return to Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
