On Saturday the Watkins Glen Police Department arrested Paul C. Hornbrook, age 31 of Ithaca, for felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 1st, refusal to submit to a chemical test, circumventing an interlock device, open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, and speed in zone.Hornbrook was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
