On Tuesday at approximately 3:30 am, the Seneca Falls Police Department reports that officers arrested Stacey K. Scott, 34, of Waterloo for resisting arrest and harassment in the second degree, following an investigation into an suspicious vehicle on Ovid Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Scott is accused of interfering with the investigation and than physically pushing a police officer on scene. Scott refused to comply with verbal commands and subsequently was arrested. Scott was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.She will answer the charges on May 5th.
