The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on June 21st Deputies arrested Gary S. Mashaw, 53 of Utica, on an arrest warrant for petit larceny. It is alleged that in April 2007 Mashaw applied for services through Seneca County and did not report his income at the time. Mashaw was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court. Mashaw plead guilty in court and a $250 fine was imposed, along with restitution of $738.
