The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on May 9th at approximately 12:05 am officers arrested Devin J. Meacham-Wheeler, 20, of Seneca Falls after he was found to be in possession of a stolen bicycle.Meacham-Wheeler was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree after he was found to be in possession of a bicycle that had previously been reported stolen to the Seneca Falls Police Department. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 insurance bond.Meacham-Wheeler will reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
