The Clyde Police Department reports that officers arrested Paul J. Maratinez, 26, of Clyde for obstructing government administration, menacing and resisting arrest. It is alleged that following a domestic dispute with his father, Maratinez displayed a knife and threatened him with it. He then did not comply with the officer and resisted upon his arrest. He was arraigned before Judge Carr and held in Wayne County on $750 cash bail to return to court on April 28th before Judge Carr.
