On Wednesday, March 9th at approximately 12:14 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael E. Smith, age 27, of Seneca Falls for harassment in the second degree following a physical domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the investigation, it was determined that Smith had struck a female resident in the arm causing pain. Smith was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was ROR’d. Smith is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 13th at 10:00 am. A full stay away order of protection was issued for the female victim.
