Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on January 5th at 2:44 pm Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Daniel N. Millen, age 33 of 128 Smith Road in Binghamton, on a Seneca County Supreme Court issued warrant of arrest.Charges stem from a 2013 DWI arrest where Millen later failed to appear in County Court.Millen was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of no bail.Millen will appear in County Court at a later date. Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies also assisted with the arrest.
