On Sunday at 2:46 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua C. Knapp, age 29 of 24 Glenview Drive in Clifton Springs, for driving while intoxicated, a felony, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .18% or greater, and operating a motor vehicle with inadequate lights following a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls. Knapp was arraigned in the Tyre Town Court and committed to the Seneca county Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 bail/$4,000 insured bond. Knapp is to reappear in the Tyre Town Court on February 17th at 4:30 pm.
