On March 22nd at 4:52 pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Timothy J. Stromsness, 21, and Amanda A. Stromsness, 21, both of Dundee. Timothy Stromsness was arrested for falsifying business records in the second degree, petit larceny, and conspiracy in the sixth degree, all misdemeanors. Stromsness is accused of returning items which he had not paid for at Walmart in exchange for a gift card. The pair is accused of stealing merchandise in the amount of $34.90 from Walmart and conspiring together to steal merchandise. Amanda Stromsness was arrested for petit larceny and conspiracy. They were released with appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 7th at 10:00 am.
