On Friday Seneca Falls Police arrested Rolfe H Newton III age 18 of 3371 Taylor Road in Clifton Springs for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Newton stole property from a local Seneca Falls business, the said property had a value of $898.00. Newton was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls court on 02/05/2015 at 5:00 pm to answer the charges.
