The Waterloo Police Department arrested Matthew J. Hutchinson, age 34 of 147 East Main Street, Apt D, in Waterloo, on the charge of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class E Felony. Hutchinson’s cell phone was found laying in the roadway Tuesday morning by a citizen and discovered to have numerous images of children under the age of 16 performing sexual acts.Hutchinson was arraigned in Tyre Town Court and sent to SCCF on $5000/$10000 bail. He will answer the charge in Waterloo Village Court on July 15.Hutchinson is registered with the New York State Sex Offender Registry.
