On Sunday at approximately 3:40 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ann M. Rodriguez, age 59 of Seneca Falls, for criminal trespass in the second degree, a misdemeanor. Rodriguez reported a noise complaint but was subsequently arrested for entering a neighbors dwelling without consent. Rodriguez was released on an appearance ticket and is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 9th at 9:00 am.
