The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office report that on Sunday at approximately 12:38 am they were called to 411 Waterloo Geneva Road for the report of a physical domestic incident resulting in the arrest of Edward P Kise Sr, age 51, for the charges of Criminal mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd.It is alleged that the defendant grabbed another adult by the ankles and dragged them into a hallway. The victim sustained minor scratches from this. It is also alleged that during this incident the defendant slammed the bedroom door causing it to come off the bottom hinge subsequently damaging the frame and hinge. The defendant was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash or $1000 bond. An order of protection was also issued against the defendant for 2 other adults. The Defendant is to appear before the Town of Waterloo On June 6th.
