On Wednesday at 1:00 pm Seneca County Sheriff Investigators arrested Nicholas M. Fish, age 26 of 25 Peterman Road apartment D7 in Seneca Falls, for assault in the second degree (class D felony) and criminal mischief in the third degree (class E felony).The charges stem from an investigation into an incident on 04/06/15 at the Seneca County Correctional Facility where Fish is incarcerated. Fish was refusing to follow orders of Corrections Officers and physically resisted officers causing an officer to suffer a shoulder injury and breaking another officers glasses and tearing their boot. He was arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court where he was remanded back to the Seneca County jail with out bail. He is to re-appear in court on 04/13/15 to answer to the charges. Fish was previously serving a 15 day jail sentence for an an arrest on Saturday, April 4th.
