On Saturday at approximately 7:59 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Robert H. Moses, age 47 of 3237 Maple Avenue in Walworth, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operation and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign following a traffic stop. Moses is accused of operating a motor vehicle while having an expired license and his driving privileges were also suspended. Moses was issued UTTs and is to appear in town court on June 29 at 6 pm to answer the charges.
