No injuries in Seneca Falls school bus crash

On Wednesday morning at approximately 7:15 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department responded to 105 Troy Street (Mynderse Academy High School) for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a school bus. Upon arrival police were advised that the driver of the vehicle that struck the bus sustained minor injury to his back.The driver whose name is not being released was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance. It was later discovered that one out of 14 children that occupied the bus complained of minor chest pain. All 14 children and the bus driver were evaluated by the Nurse at Mynderse Academy, North Seneca Ambulance and Seneca Falls Fire Department staff. The investigation into the cause of the accident is still under investigation. All injuries reported were minor and all 14 children remained in school. The Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted by Seneca Falls Central School District Staff, Seneca Falls Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance.
