Austin Grunder scored 45 points as the Trumansburg boys basketball team soared to a 70-52 victory over Groton at the Groton Dome Friday night.
The Blue Raiders (13-1) held at 15-10 lead at the start of the second quarter and a 35-26 lead at halftime.
With a large size mismatch to his advantage, Grunder scored 18 of the team’s 22 points in the third quarter. The Blue Raiders kicked it to a 57-38 lead by the final quarter.
