Team Penske driver crashed head-on into barrier during the first of two days of NASCAR Sprint Cup testing at WGI.
AJ Allmendinger, the 2014 winner of the Cheez-It 355 at The Glen, seemed frustrated from a lack of grip with his Chevrolet on the repaved surface after completing his morning stint.
At least his car was able to stop, which was more than Brad Keselowski had going for him.
