A 31-year-old Tampa woman has been identified as the deceased in an accident earlier this week. The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office reports that Myrna G. Rivera, 31, of Tampa, Florida was walking on Ridge Road – headed southbound – when she was struck by a sedan that was also traveling south on the roadway. The Lansing Bobcats turned up the heat in the second half on a 44-degree Wednesday afternoon at Sobus Field.
