Ithaca man faces felony charge following Canandaigua incident

Deputies arrested an Ithaca man over the weekend in Canandaigua following a violent incident where property had been damaged at an apartment. Anthony J. Cleveland, 35, of Ithaca was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after it was determined he intentionally damaged property exceeding a value of $250. Cornell grad sues university after investigation of sexual assault accusation

A Cornell graduate is suing the university, saying he was discriminated against and denied a hearing following a Title IX investigation into a sexual assault allegation.
