Ithaca Police are investigating an assault that took place at Chuck’s Mobile station that happened around 9:51 pm on Wednesday. Sergeant Tomberlli says that when officers arrived the victim had serious injuries to the head and neck. The individual was bleeding heavily from the neck, which had a large laceration on it. One of the nurses fired from Cayuga Medical Center testified Wednesday in the ongoing National Labor Relations Board hearing.
