Top-seeded Ithaca took control early Wednesday night on its way to an 18-13 victory over second-seeded Corning in the Section 4 Class A girls lacrosse championship game at Corning Memorial Stadium.
The Little Red (13-4) led 11-3 at halftime. Freshman midfielder Mackenzie Rich led the way on the night with five goals and two assists.
