Purpose of this class is to help you to connect to wisdom of these spiritual teachers.
Journeying is a deep meditative exploration which can help with personal and spiritual growth.
It is also a tool that can be used for healing, obtaining information, and working through psychological issues, and bringing a sense of peace.
